From September 17, 2008, the post of CEO of Maurice Lacroix will be held by a 46-years-old Martin Bachmann. The business of watchmaking is not something of a novelty for Bachmann – for the last 7 years he has been on the board of Maurice Lacroix, and was in charge of the company’s marketing policy.

“I see good prospects for Maurice Lacroix and I’m sure that I’ll be of benefit to the company on my new position”, Bachmann said. “Recently our position at Swiss and international watch market has become stronger, but we need further development. We’ll pay special attention to the innovative technology and, of course, to our original creative approach to the watchmaking.”

Martin Bachmann’s successor on the post of marketing director is a 40-eyars-old Mark Glaser. Glaser worked in Maurice Lacroix 4 years ago, but the prospects of a new high post contributed to his comeback to the company.

The heart of the watch is mechanism with manual winding Peseux 7001 that was created specially for this model. By the way this is the first mechanic model of watch in the Miros collection: previously all the models of this collection were quartz.
