Concord C1 Chronograph Blue PVD
April 13, 2010
The new C1 Chronograph Blue PVD watch presented by Concord at BaselWorld 2010 features all traditional characteristics of the collection launched by Concord in 2007: the watch is powered by the same automatic ETA Valgranges A07.211 movement with 2 days of power reserve and features standard set of functions.

What is different about the novelty is its design. Without doubt the new expressive and dynamic version of the C1 timepiece will be appreciated by the amateurs of Concord. The basic colours of the dial are black and blue. The white insertions make a fine contrast against them. The zest of the watch is its rubber strap whose colour reminds of that of chapped asphalt.
The new Concord watch is accommodated by a steel case with blue PVD covering. The case measures 44 mm in diameter. The dial of the novelty is made of carbon fibre.

Breguet Reine de Naples Sonnerie au Passage
The exquisite Breguet Reine de Naples collection of watches has been replenished this year with a new amazing item. The release of the new watch marks the very important event in the brand’s history: 200 years ago Breguet created the first wristwatch for the sister of Napoleon Bonaparte and the Queen of Naples – Carolina Murat.

The new timepiece with its elegant oval white gold aces, mother-of-pearl dial, finest diamonds and manually made engraving is a truly royal accessory. The transparent see-through back case shows the intricate figure of a dove which is formed owing to cobwebs of bridges, rotor and parts of the movement. This Breguet watch is especially notable for the repeater, whose hammers are located in the upper part of the dial between 11 and 1 o’clock. The dial with hours and minutes hands made of blued steel is placed at 6 o’clock.

The new Breguet timepiece is powered by an automatic movement calibre 78S0 with 54 jewels. Power reserve makes up 65 hours (without the work of the repeater) or 50 hours (with the work of the repeater). The movement animates the functions of hours, minutes and repeater.
The refined oval white gold case is framed by the bezel adorned with 30 diamonds. The watch is water resistant down to 30 meters.
The new Breguet watch is secured on the wrist with a crocodile leather strap fitted with a folding clasp made of white gold and inlayed with diamonds.

Bulova Accutron Spaceview 214
During the BaseWorld 2010 watch and jewellery fair the renowned watchmaking brand Bulova unveiled its newest timepiece from the iconic Accutron line. The new watch was presented under the name of Spaceview 214. It was produced in honour of the 50th anniversary of the company.

It should be said that the first Spaceview 214 watch was presented by the brand on October 25, 1960. At that time the watch boasted the most precise movement being the first electronic timepiece. Today Bulova pays tribute to this important watch with the release of the watch under the same name.
In the 1960s this watch wasn’t being sold – the company only provided the retailers with one exemplar to demonstrate the customers the characteristics of the Bulova movements. But in 2010 the collection will include 1000 copies of the newest Bulova Accutron Spaceview 214 that will be available for all those who want to have it.
