The famous watchmaking company Breitling presents its new high-end and precise timepiece - Colt GMT+. The new COSC certified watch allows its owner to enjoy precise and accurate readings of the time wherever he is or goes including underwater world.
The new Breitling timepiece is powered by an automatic movement Calibre 32 with the GMT and date functions. The new Colt GMT+ is housed by a 41.3 mm stainless steel case framed by a rotary bezel. The watch has a very bold, modern dial that is available in a variety of colours – Volcano black, Air Force blue, Tungsten gray and Stratus silver. Van Cleef and Arpels New Collection of Watches

The renowned and reputable watchmaking brand Van Cleef & Arpels proudly presents its new collection of watches – Midnight Extraordinary. The new collection includes elegant watches for men decorated with landscapes of Japan and California. The collection can be divided into two series – the Midnight Extraordinary Japanese Lacquer watches and Midnight Extraordinary Landscapes, which magnificently reproduce the Californian landmarks. Both series were inspired by the beauty of nature, breathtaking Japanese and Californian sceneries. Each of these remarkable watches from the new collection has been produced in a limited edition of 8 pieces.
The Japanese-inspired series was created by Hakose San, a genius artist who acted as a master dial maker for Van Cleef & Arpels. The watches from this series are notable for the austere purity of the Midnight case and matchless precision of the lacquer work.
Names of the Midnight Extraordinary Japanese Lacquer watches are borrowed from five traditional landscapes of Japan, including Sakura and Ryusui, that represent a source of inspiration for the masters of lacquer craftsmanship. The new Van Cleef & Arpels watches from the Japanese series are housed by 42-mm cases crafted from white gold. The dial of the timepieces are finished with Japanese lacquer. Inside each watch from the series there is a self-winding 800P movement. The watches are completed with alligator leather straps equipped with a white gold buckle.
The face of every timepiece from the Californian series of the Van Cleef & Arpels new collection depicts a very realistic image of canyons and waterfalls, secret coves and stunning mountain peaks of California.
As well as those from the Japanese series the unique dials of the California-inspired edition are decorated with images of traditional landscapes: Big Springs, Appache Terraces, Turquoise Canyon, Granite Peak and White Creek. Each watch comes in a 42-mm white gold case. Together with the images the dials feature stone inlay, mother-of-pearl and enamel. The watches come with alligator leather straps fitted with a white gold buckle.

Pierre Kunz Insanity
A watchmaker for more than 20 years, Pierre Kunz crafted complications for some of the industry’s leading brands in Switzerland. When he decided to start his own brand the idea proved to be very successful: since that moment watches by Pierre Kuntz has always been in the center of everybody’s attention. In 2007 Pierre Kunz unveiled the Infinity Looping - a remarkable retrograde mechanical watch. The name of the timepiece reflects the idea of the movements performed by a single hand in order to indicate the hours and minutes.
Now the watchmaker presents a new version of the timepiece – Insanity. The mane of the watch was created specially for American market as the name of “Looping” is misleading to the English speaking audience. The point is that the Americans may perceive “looping” as “loopy”, which will definitely prevent watch enthusiasts from taking this timepiece seriously. The new name was offered by Edward Suhyda, Pierre Kunz’s U.S. sales manager, who decided to bestow the watch with the name of “Insanity”. Thus, the U.S. market received an exceptional watch with the name, specially invented with this area in mind.
Pierre Kunz Insanity features a sportive stainless steel case measuring 44 mm in diameter. The timepiece was produced in the limited edition of 351 pieces. The watch is powered by an automatic movement visible through the sapphire crystal exhibition case back. The watch is notable for the black dial with stainless steel hour/minute hand with green pointer, infinity loop with green Arabic numeral hour markers and white Arabic numeral minute markers. The dial is framed by a stainless steel bezel. The watch goes together with an original Pierre Kunz black calf skin strap with green contrast-stitching. The strap is equipped with a stainless steel deployment buckle.
The Pierre Kunz Insanity watch comes in a special box created by Edward Suhyda: once the owner opens it, he will discover the infinitely looping watch, placed within a padded cell.

Saint Honore Monceau Magnum

The watchmaking brand Saint Honore is going to unveil a new watch during the BaselWord 2010. The Monceau Magnum chronometer is notable for the eye-catching design: numerous rotary discs and brought yellow colour attract attention practically immediately.
The central aperture at the dial shows the gears of the calibre ETA2824 movement. The skeletonized edge of the aperture is marked with hour indices. At the lower part there is the rotary disc for the date indication – the necessary numeral is shown in the bright yellow aperture. The dial of the Monceau Magnum also boasts sharp steel hands.
The new Saint Honore watch is housed by a steel case covered by PVD. The dial is protected with sapphire crystal. The sapphire crystal aperture at the case back opens to the view the elegantly finished movement. The new timepiece is water resistant down to 50 meters.

Cartier Calibre Flying Tourbillon
At the SIHH 2010 the new timepiece by Cartier - Calibre Flying Tourbillon – has become the most eye-catching watch presented by the brand. The new watch boast a spectacular appearance: the design is perfectly balanced by the circles put one into another. The flying tourbillon acquires the axis center being placed in front of the protruding hour marker. Elegant guilloche is perfectly shaded by thin lines of markers and is further accentuated by the inner openwork side of the bezel. The latter in its turn forms the last of the circles. The octagonal crown of the new Cartier watch is decorated with a cabochon sapphire.
The new Cartier Calibre Flying Tourbillon is housed by a 45-mm case crafted from 18K white or rose gold. The dial shows hours and minutes hands made of blued steel. The tourbillon place in one more circle at the dial also counts the minutes. And this is the main zest o the Cartier’s novelty: the owner of the watch can check the time with the help of any of the three dials.
The heart of the new Cartier watch is an in-house manually wound movement calibre 9452МС that comprises 142 parts. The movement is stamped with the prestigious Geneva Seal. It is based on 19 rubies. Balance frequency is 21,600 bph while power reserve makes up 52 hours.
The dial as well as the case back is equipped with sapphire crystal. Water resistance is 30 meters.
The new timepiece by Cartier is secured on the wrist with an alligator leather strap that is available in two versions – white and brown. The strap is equipped with a clasp crafted from 18K gold.
