Coup de Theatre and Carnet de Bal are two new jewellery sets by Audemars Piguet designed for women. Each set consists of two pieces: a watch and a necklace.
Coup de Theatre
Watch
The rectangular case of the watch is made of 18K white gold. The dials is decorated with diamonds.
The movement of the timepiece - AP calibre 2046 with manual winding (18 jewels) - beats at a frequency of 21 600 vph and provides 42 hours power reserve. All parts are finished by hand and engraved in Cotes de Geneve style.
Bracelet is also made of 18K white gold and is decorated with diamonds.
Total number of precious stones used for the decoration of the watch is 853, including 33 diamonds with GIA (Gemmological Institute of America) certificate.
Necklace
The necklace made of 18K white gold is adorned with 1673 diamonds (204 carat), including 58 GIA certificated stones.
Carnet de Bal
Watch
The case is made of 18K white gold and I decorated with diamonds of oval shape. At the mother-of-pearl dial precious stones are arranged in the shape of a flower and serve as hour markers.
The movement of the watch - AP calibre 2046 with manual winding (18 jewels) - beats at a frequency of 21 600 vph and provides power reserve for 42 hours. All part are manually finished and decorated with Cotes de Geneva engraving pattern.
Bracelet is made of 18K white gold as well. It is adorned with diamonds.
Total number of diamonds used is 481 (59.53 carat).
Necklace
The necklace is made of 18K white gold and is decorated with 1039 diamonds (86 carat) of marquise, pear and baguette cut.

The Smallest Tourbillon

Using the most advanced technology the famous manufactory has presented new watch - Tourbillon Lady 3080 T – from the Cintree Curvex collection. The shape of the watch is simple and refined. It was designed specially for women who highly appreciate complicated and original watches.
The main peculiarity of the novelty is the smallest tourbillon movement whose diameter is only 11.6 mm. Manually wound mechanical movement (22 jewels, 18 000 vph) features not only the smallest tourbillon but also two winding barrels. It provides 80 hours power reserve. The movement’s size is 2520 х 30.65 х 4.70 mm.
The movement is housed by a 18K white gold case whose size is 30.30 Ñ… 42.25 Ñ… 10.40 mm. The dial is lacquered. The watch is supplemented by an alligator leather strap.

A new Patravi TravelTec Four X combines 3 time zones and 4 materials: palladium for the case, titanium for the inner ring, ceramics for the outer ring and rubber for the crown and pushers. Selected materials turn the latest complete watch movement from the Patravi collection by Carl F. Bucherer into a talking piece and design statement for watch lovers. Together, the four highly diverse materials we can definitely add a fifth dimension: that of exclusivity.
The instrument-orientated Patravi TravelTec Four X has nothing to hide, and so the watchmakers fitted it with a skeleton dial, which openly reveals the gearing of the intricately decorated automatic movement. The refined date aperture provides a real feast to behold under a good magnifying glass: the numerals are milled out of the date rim and stay out of sight until they come into view against a red background in the date window. The technical look of the total concept is strengthened by the colour interplay - matt black, contrasting with gleaming metal, and red, high-lighting important information on the dial. This watch is an instrument, an engineering feat within the smallest of spaces.
As well as being a practical chronograph, this stunning watch, which features the exclusive CFB 1901 calibre (39 jewels) providing power reserve of 42 hours, also boasts a range of functions enabling several time zones to be displayed. The third time display is operated by a newly developed single push-button mechanism. Local time can be quickly and easily set, moving the hour hand an hour at a time using the crown, while the watch continues running, ensuring that the exact time is kept. Together with the red 24-hour hand, two 24-hour rings show a second and third time zone – the Patravi TravelTec can thus display the time in three locations in the world at the same time. The inner ring can be moved an hour at a time both forwards and backwards, using a brand new single push-button mechanism – a first in the history of watchmaking. The watch is 50 meters water resistant and features a calf leather strap.

The House of Dior has presented its new watch Dazzling from Christal collection which is positioned as a watch made for a modern woman. The watch made of stainless steel does not feature any additional functions. It is based o the self-winding movement and is available in two variants: in a 33-mm and in a 38-mm case. The edition is limited to 500 pieces.
Blue sapphires the sky, diamonds the stars. The crystals shimmering from cloudy grey to a magical midnight just like the dark inky night sky. With a delicate blue mother-of-pearl dial the work is as intricate as a couture creation as diamonds are mounted, and hands polished with Superluminova, so times light up in the dark and can always illuminate the adventure. Forget the glass slipper this has a transparent sapphire crystal case back, with a white lacquered oscillating weight, so you can glimpse the workings of a movement.
Christal Dazzling 33 mm is a stainless steel watch decorated with 233 diamonds (2.35 carat). The bracelet is adorned with 3 rows of blue sapphires and 117 diamonds (1.17 carat). And the bezel shines with 80 diamonds (1 carat). At the mother-of-pearl dial there are 36 diamonds (0.18 carat), 24 of which shine in the dark. The watch is 50 meters water resistant.
Christal Dazzling 38 mm is a stainless steel watch decorated with 232 diamonds (2.9 carat). The bracelet is adorned with 3 rows of blue sapphires and 108 diamonds (1.62 carat). 88 diamonds (1.1 carat) are set at the bezel. At the mother-of-pearl dial there are 36 diamonds (0.18 carat), 24 of which shine in the dark. The watch is 50 meters water resistant.

Royal Oak Offshore Singapore Grand Prix F1 Chronograph

One more company decided to dedicate its new watch collection to the First Singapore Grand Prix F1. AUDEMARS PIGUET presents new version of its famous chronograph Royal Oak Offshore.
The race itself is notable for the fact that it took place at night. That’s why new Royal Oak Offshore Singapore Grand Prix F1 Chronograph is black with bright red elements – the dial, rubber pushers and stitching. The watch is based on the self-winding Calibre AP 3126/3840 (59 jewels, 21600 vph) providing 60 hours of power reserve.
The creators of the new Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph have not by chance opted for forged carbon to produce the case middle of the watch. The high-tech material is used for the production of aerofoils, vents and other parts of Formula 1 cars. The meticulous process of the forged carbon development implies compressing carbon fibres at high temperature to come up with the molecular structure characterized by remarkable lightness, resistance and hardness.
The case’s size is 42 Ñ… 15 mm. The dial is protected with sapphire crystal. Water resistance is 100 meters. At the back case there is a commemorative engraving Royal Oak Offshore - Limited Edition - Singapore GP 2008. The attention-grabbing red dial of the watch shows off exclusive ‘Mega Tapisserie’ motif. It has a clear layout, being completed with a small seconds counter at 9 o’clock, 30-minute counter at 9 o’clock and 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock. The big date aperture is found at 3 o’clock. The great readability of the dial is provided with help of luminescent numerals and hour and minute hands. Running around the dial, there is a black flange with a tachometric scale.
The watch is produced in a limited edition of 250 timepieces.
