Ferrari Perpetual Calendar

OFFICINE PANERAI has produced a special edition of Ferrari Perpetual Calendar.
1947 is the year of foundation of FERRARI brand. In May, 1947, the first model Ferrari 125 was created. In honour of the 60th anniversary of this event in 2007 the watchmaking company OFFICINE PANERAI produced a special collection Ferrari Perpetual Calendar. Then the watch was presented in the rose gold case ref. FER 00016.
A more democratic variant in steel appeared (ref. FER 00015) a year later, so now this collection can be considered complete.
Ferrari Perpetual Calendar is housed by a 45-mm polished and satined steel case equipped with screw-up back case with engraving. The dial is protected with 1.9 mm sapphire crystal coated with anti-gloss treatment. At the crown there is engraving of the Ferrari logo. The watch is 100 meters water resistant.
The movement is the self-winding OP XXII Calibre. It provides power reserve for 48 hours. The platinum and bridges are decorated with Cotes de Geneve.
