A new Patravi TravelTec Four X combines 3 time zones and 4 materials: palladium for the case, titanium for the inner ring, ceramics for the outer ring and rubber for the crown and pushers. The instrument-orientated Patravi TravelTec Four X has nothing to hide, and so the watchmakers fitted it with a skeleton dial, which openly reveals the gearing of the intricately decorated automatic movement. The refined date aperture provides a real feast to behold under a good magnifying glass: the numerals are milled out of the date rim and stay out of sight until they come into view against a red background in the date window. The technical look of the total concept is strengthened by the colour interplay - matt black, contrasting with gleaming metal, and red, high-lighting important information on the dial. This watch is an instrument, an engineering feat within the smallest of spaces.

As well as being a practical chronograph, this stunning watch, which features the exclusive CFB 1901 calibre (39 jewels) providing power reserve of 42 hours, also boasts a range of functions enabling several time zones to be displayed. The third time display is operated by a newly developed single push-button mechanism. Local time can be quickly and easily set, moving the hour hand an hour at a time using the crown, while the watch continues running, ensuring that the exact time is kept. Together with the red 24-hour hand, two 24-hour rings show a second and third time zone – the Patravi TravelTec can thus display the time in three locations in the world at the same time. The inner ring can be moved an hour at a time both forwards and backwards, using a brand new single push-button mechanism – a first in the history of watchmaking. The watch is 50 meters water resistant and features a calf leather strap.
