Here’s a set of the most outstanding, eccentric, unusual and amazing concept designer watches in recent time. You may adore them, you may not like them. But one thing is sure – they attract your attention!
1. A bracelet-style digital watch that features a removable face, all basic multimedia functions: MP3 player, video and photo viewer, and even a recorder. Ladies and gentlemen, Swatch Infinity by Pierre Merlet:

2. Designed by Nicole Schmeidel, a student at Braunschweig University of Art, this watch is aimed at making life a little more normal for diabetics. Piezoelectricity generated by the wearer’s movements drive the insulin-delivering pumps in the watch body, which contains enough of the drug for two to three weeks.

3. Adam Huffman’s Colbalt OLED Touchscreen Bluetooth Pocket Watch Concept. Featuring voicemail, email, texting capabilities and integrated Bluetooth connectivity, this gadget is like a time telling for 21st century genleman.

4. The Shine: well the name says for itself. The watch is encrusted with over 200 square cut white topaz gemstones and fit with a touch-sensitive laser system. That is the occasion where nobody cares if it tells the right time or not.

5. John Pszeniczny’s Luna Watch is an extremely stylish concept. Made of crystal, stainless steel and a spessartine garnet, this watch will surely accentuate your style and personality. To tell time touch the two contact points and the time seems to magically float inside the crystal. Magnificent

6. Lv Zhogfang’s Oled concept watch. When not touched the display just shows irregularly placed dots, but when you tap on it or shake the watch, the dots rearrange into a analogue interface. Looks impressive

7. Once again John Pszeniczny. This time it’s a F1/Carbon GMT concept – automobile themed watch. The digital display shows the time at any of the 18 race tracks on the 2008 Formula One calendar. Like a real F1 racecar, the watch is made of carbon fiber, metal and rubber. Some rubies and Swarovsky also added to make it luxury.

8. Gucci released a LED watch that is positioned as a high luxury class designer watch. The screen is not exposed, but can be revealed by moving the sliding doors, which protects the flexible (yes, flexible!) screen from any damage. Looks splendid.

9. This one is for the ladies. The I/O concept featuring a cuff bracelet design with a hidden digital clock that lights up only when you need to tell the time, all you need is to touch the dot. There’s more of a fashion accessory than of a watch.
