TAG Heuer has extended its contract with Kimi Raikkonen, F1 Ferrari pilot and 2007 champion.

It seems that both Raikkonen and TAG Heuer are very contented with their partnership. The racer has been the brand’s ambassador since 2002 and during all this period he participates actively in the promotion and creation of sporty models by TAG Heuer.

In honor of the contract’s extension a creative photo session for a new TAG Heuer advertising campaign was held, where Raikkonen was shot together with his wife Jenny.

TAG Heuer spokesmen said that in new collections of 2008 (and not only watch but also sunglasses collections) the nickname of Raikkonen – Ice Man – will be played on.

In the design of watches from new collection by Anne Klein floristic motives are prevailing. Many models are decorated with pendants that look like dragonflies, butterflies, funny frogs, flowers and berries. Watches from the Time to Charm collection are decorated with Swarovski crystals.

As we can see Romain Jerome likes the idea of watches dedicated to the Titanic very much but the last year collections fairly run short. This year Romain Jerome is presenting a new release of a limited edition (9 copies) of watches dedicated to the same Titanic theme. It is worth mentioning that the design and the inside of the watch are impressive: blue steel case, crossed ceramic bridges, carbon dial with massive laid-on indices and the movement by BNB with a tourbillon and 120 hours power reserve. The case has 46 mm in diameter.

A Greek letter “omega� became the symbol of the famous Swiss brand long ago and today it is known worldwide.
