The Court of Paris returned guilty the Dolce & Gabbana Company in watches forgery. French jeweler Pascal Morabito is the real creator of the timepieces. The company is sentenced to pay out compensation for the caused damage.

The store Galeries Lafayette was given the same sentence as they sold this model of watches under Dolce & Gabbana brand name.

Altogether D&G and Galeries Lafayette will have to pay out 150 000 euro to Morabito. All fake watches are to be annihilated during 2 months. For every day of delay the fine of 150 euro will be charged.

The court decision is published in Figaro and will remain on Dolce & Gabbana web site for three months.

The watch-making company Corum is a family enterprise established in 1955. This time they introduce 2 new models: Classical Skylight Squelette and Classical Tourbillon Midlight. Both of them have a limited edition.


Classical Skylight Squelette: case dimensions are 42 mm. Sapphire crystal. The watch is equipped with Corum movement, Calibre Co-055. The strap is from crocodile leather and with 18-carat gold buckle. The model made of yellow gold includes 100 pieces and the second model made of rose gold has 40 pieces.


Classical Tourbillion Midnight: The case is crafted of platinum, its diameter is 42 mm. The timepiece is equipped with Corum movement, Calibre CO-372 with tourbillion. Power reserve is 90 hours. Sapphire crystal. The strap is made of alligator leather with 18-carat white gold buckle. The watch was produced in a limited edition of only 25 pieces.
