This timepiece is a 2nd Generation Ploprof Omega watch made in the late 1970s. The timepiece is a fine, large, asymmetric, center seconds, left-handed, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel professional diver’s wristwatch with date on a stainless steel Omega link bracelet with deployant clasp.

 
The watch is housed by a two-body, massive, polished and brushed case with bidirectional revolving graduated bezel for decompression times with red security push-button at 7 o’clock to lock the bezel. The dial is black with painted luminous baton indexes, outer minute/seconds divisions and date aperture. The dials also boasts luminous white hour and second hand and luminous orange minute hand.

The watch accommodates a calibre 1000 movement. The movement is copper colored and is based on 17 jewels. It features a straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber and a self-compensating flat balance spring.
