ALFEX was founded in 1974. But in spite of such a short history of the brand Alfex is developing dynamically. The brand becomes more and more popular at the watch market and it is likely to become a trendsetter in its sphere. Geographically the company is located not far from Italian boarder, so Italian fashion Metropole Milan has become a very important factor in the development of ALFEX.

The company works in cooperation with such famous designers as Georg Plum, Ulf-Thomas Solbach, Takashi Kato and Yvan von Allmen. In 1994 Alfex presented the MOMENTS collection at the Beselworld fair. The collection attracted a lot of attention and was a great success owing to its ultra-modern style, Swiss quality and a good combination of the price and quality. Since then the MOMENTS collection has become the leader collection of Alfex.

Three years running (1996, 1997 and 1998) North-Rhine Westphalia designer centre awarded ALFEX a Red Spot for the highest quality of the watch design.
